Equipping Lexus / Toyota dealer centers in Russia

Update multimedia fit-out across dealer centers nationwide while keeping a unified quality standard, correct interior integration, and controllable delivery across many sites. A turnkey design and deployment with ongoing support was required.

We won the tender and delivered a comprehensive project: design and adaptation for each dealer center, specification and deployment standards, supply, installation, and launch. Scope included multimedia panels, video walls, and supporting infrastructure. We organized support to keep solutions stable and consistent across the network.

The dealer network received updated multimedia zones that look modern and operate predictably. The project confirmed our ability to deliver scalable rollouts without loss of quality and with engineering control of the result.
