Video walls in the LifeNews TV studio

Install two video walls in the broadcast studio under non-standard mounting conditions: one floor-mounted with a curved shape, the other suspended at a specified angle. It was critical to ensure precise assembly geometry, reliable mounting, and stable studio operation.

The first video wall was built using 42-inch Orion plasma panels: 8 panels in a 4x2 layout, floor-mounted and curved. Our engineers developed a custom mounting structure for this task. The second video wall consists of 16 displays suspended from the balcony at a slight angle. A separate mounting structure was designed for this configuration to ensure accurate installation and safe operation.

Both video walls were integrated into the studio and are used in broadcast workflows in Moscow. The project demonstrated our ability to deliver non-standard installation tasks in a reliable engineering manner.
